Monte Mario Nature Reserve

Monte Mario is a nature reserve on Rome's highest hill, offering hiking trails and spectacular views. Several paths wind through Mediterranean vegetation. The summit offers famous views toward St. Peter's. Dog Walking: Dogs allowed on leash. The paths can be steep in parts. Good workout for active dogs. Access: Enter from Via Trionfale or Parco della Vittoria. Can be combined with Villa Madama area.
